1. Shipping Destinations

  • We deliver to all emirates in the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Al Ain).
  • International shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping cost and time will be shown at checkout.

2. Free Shipping Across UAE

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the UAE.
  • No minimum order value is required.
  • Your order will be shipped with care using reliable courier partners.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak seasons (sales, festivals, or Ramadan), processing may take up to 3 business days.

4. Delivery Time (UAE)

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1 – 3 business days
  • Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain: 2 – 4 business days
  • Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Al Ain: 3 – 5 business days

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across all UAE emirates.
  • A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders in case of suspected fraud or repeated refusals.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp.
  • You can track your package easily using the provided link.

7. Packaging

  • All products are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Luxury items (perfumes, watches, jewelry) receive extra attention to prevent damage during transit.

8. Delivery Issues

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a collection card.
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, no response, or refusal (without valid reason), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any restocking fee.
  • For lost or damaged packages during transit, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier for resolution or replacement.

9. International Shipping

  • Shipping cost and estimated delivery time (usually 7–15 business days) will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.
