At Arabelite.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most items.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and unopened (where applicable, especially for perfumes and sealed products).
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
  • The product has no signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened perfumes, used self-care items (like massage guns, hair removers, or teeth cleaners if used), or any personalized/customized products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via:
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization if eligible.
  4. Ship the item back to us at your own cost (unless the item is defective or we made an error).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account or wallet (details required).
  • Deduction: Shipping charges and any promotional discounts may not be refunded.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchange (subject to stock availability) instead of refund if you prefer a different size, color, or product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes / oud / bukhoor
  • Used gadgets or self-care devices
  • Damaged items due to customer misuse
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Clearance / Sale items (unless defective)

6. Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping cost) at no extra charge.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping with no charge.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may return the item after delivery as per the 7-day policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
